Good questions.

Do I need another CRM?

No. DumptAI has its own customer, work, calendar and file records. The existing WhatsApp/Basecamp service is optional and is not a signup requirement.

Can I type instead?

Yes. Quiet mode and simple editing controls are available whenever speaking isn’t convenient.

Does a reminder send a message?

Calendar entries keep due work visible in the app. They do not send automatic customer messages or guarantee a push notification.

Is my microphone always listening?

No. Recording begins only when you deliberately start it, and stops when you press stop or cancel.

What does pilot access cost?

Launch pricing and usage allowances are being evaluated. There is no payment collection in this build. We will communicate any proposed pricing before asking you to subscribe.
