DumptAI Data Deletion Instructions

DumptAI account and workspace data

Individual customer, work, calendar and file records can be removed in the application. To request deletion of your account, transcripts, clarification history, change records and remaining workspace data, contact tertiuso@gmail.com from your account email and identify the workspace. Do not include your password. We will verify the request before removing account data. Export your workspace and download any files you need first.

Deleting an individual record does not erase its change history. Provider backups and separately held operational records follow each provider’s retention and deletion processes.

Request deletion

Contact the DumptAI operator and identify the Basecamp record you want reviewed for deletion. Include whichever details you have:

• the Basecamp post link;
• the DumptAI BD reference, if the request involved a clarification draft;
• the approximate date and time of the WhatsApp message; and
• the Basecamp record title or section.

What the request covers

The operator will use the supplied details to locate the final Basecamp record and the private workflow draft that may hold the original attachment and transcript. Some captures may be represented across both records because not every Basecamp section can carry every part of the original submission. Only an authorised person with access to the relevant Basecamp project can remove those records.

A request does not automatically delete logs or records held separately by Meta, Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Basecamp. Those providers manage their own records under their own terms and deletion processes.
